1. At first open your Illustrator software and create a new document.
2. Select your Pen Tool from your tool bar.
3. Double click from your mouse pointer in to Fill color box and select a color.
4. You can easily draw a shape from pen tool. Draw a shape like picture.
5. Select Ellipse Tool, hold down (Shift + Alt) from your keyboard and make an ellipse. Double click Fill color box and select different color.
6. Select Type Tool and type your company name. You see the final image like below.
